Refund policy
This policy outlines the conditions for returning an item purchased from Zari House of Fashion and the process for receiving a refund. Please review this information carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
A return request can only be initiated once per order and must be requested within 3 days of the order delivery date. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Wrong or incorrect product: The item received must be different from the item ordered, such as a wrong size or a completely different product.
- Unused and unwashed: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, perfect condition.
- Final sale items: Products purchased as part of a clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns.
- Customized products: Custom-altered, custom-dyed, or custom-printed products are not eligible for returns.
- Excluded categories: Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refund Policy - Store Credit Only:
Zari House of Fashion issues all refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used to place a new order. The store credit has no expiration date.
Refund Amount for Returns:
Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fee- A return fee may be deducted if the product was originally listed with an additional shipping charge.
Processing Returns:
- Zari House of Fashion will provide a return label to the customer for eligible returns.
- The refund will be processed only after the returned package is received and passes a quality check to verify that all conditions have been met.
- The return shipping and processing may take between 3 and 20 days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Refunds will not be provided for products delivered in perfect condition.
- Custom-tailored or custom-altered products are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive a damaged item, you must provide video evidence of the issue within 3 days of delivery. The video must show the opening of the package and the visible damage to the merchandise.
- If a product is deemed damaged, no return fee will be charged.
- Minor color differences due to variations in device settings are not considered damaged products.
Exchanges:
Zari House of Fashion does not offer direct product exchanges at this time. For an item that is eligible for return, customers can initiate a return for store credit and then place a new order for a different item.
